I call this one the Lost Broccoli, because a swear I put it in there, but the sugars cover up most of the bitterness or muddiness.
1 1/2 cups Frozen cherries from Costco (Organic) (sub for a pear or something else REALLY sweet)
Handful of almonds
1 orange
1 apple
red/purple kale
3 large florets or 3/4 cup of broccoli
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup ice

I'll have to give this a try! Honestly my kids are great about eating their veggies- but my boyfriend and I could always use a little extra incentive (shame on us lol)- a sweet smoothie would be perfect! :)
