Meatless Mondays - We LOVE Our Kale

What has more iron than beef, more calcium than milk and 10x more vitamin C than spinach? 


We are vegetarian, so we put Kale in all of our smoothies to get all of these good things in our diets. You don't need to eat/drink animal products to get iron and calcium. You also don't need meat for protein.
