I figured that if I put it in writing, it would be more likely to stick, so here goes... my 2014 New Year's Resolutions:
Get Organized - and I'm serious about it this time! Just see my previous post where we turned our hoarding room into a Craft Cave.
Exercise - Duh, like almost everyone else in America, I have completely slacked off on this. Maybe because I was so fit in 2012 that I forgot to make it my 2013 resolution and became a fat lazy sh*t. I'm thinking about exercising right now as I write this. Fat chance on following through, though. I left the jogging stroller in the car that hubby has at work. Exercise and dieting are his resolutions, too, so maybe a walk when he gets home. Wish me luck on this one.
Smile More - I noticed I have a serious face on all too often. Am I thinking too much? Probably. Getting old and saggy? That too. I don't want to look like a frowning face jerk in the New Year. I'm happy most of the time, so I'm going to advertise it.
Finish the Front Yard - Get it done. That's it. 1 small retaining wall, block patio, tree planted a couple other features need to be hammered out. It's halfway done and it looks really cool so far! We have most of the finishes picked out and I will keep posting as we work on it.
Ok, so that's it (for now). I'm sure there are a handful of personality defects and to do list items that I missed, especially when it comes to the DIY house projects because there are just too many to list, but I really don't care. I will be happy if we get that front yard knocked out and my Craft Cave doesn't end up on an episode of Hoarders on A&E.
