Here's what my hubby made from the asparagus, mushrooms, and onions we got from the food CSA. The fresh food was beautiful! We paired it with some other mushrooms we had in the fridge and some fresh Parmesan from the farmers market.
He sauteed the onion and asparagus and a small amount of olive oil on medium heat for a few minutes, then added the mushrooms with a pinch of lemon at the end. Then he tossed it with organic whole wheat pasta, spices, and Parmesan.
Lemon was from our lemon tree!
