FAST, EASY, Home Made Healthy Olive Broccoli Pizza on a Pizza Stone

So I'm pretty proud of my pizza last night. Again, I made a healthy pizza with chopped broccoli, black olives, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. This time, I used a pizza stone in the oven and it helped make my thin crust SO crispy!

I'm finding that the key to good pizza is to wait until after the cheese is melted, starts turning a little brown and all the oil comes bubbling to the surface. This happens a few minutes after I used to try to take the pizza out of the oven.

We have been buying large bags of black olives from Costco, using some, then freezing the rest. They actually freeze really well and you don't have to worry about the BPA or metallic taste from a can. Then you just put them on your pizza, mexican food, or any recipe as needed.

This is the yeast I used: Fleischmann's Yeast Pizza, 0.25-Ounce Pouches 3 Count (Pack of 5). It is a no-rise, fast acting yeast. I prefer this dough rolled out very thin. The package says you knead for 4 minutes but it doesn't seem to take that long for it to get smooth and elastic for me. Then I stretch it on my floured and cornmeal sprinkled cutting board, using a rolling pin to get it even thinner.

After topping it, we transfer it to a heated pizza stone and put it in the oven for 14 minutes, watching our cheese carefully, and making sure our crust doesn't burn. Our doggie doesn't like her pizza crust burnt.
