I'm big on veggies and my background in floral design compels me to create cute veggie platters. Here are 3 of my Easter designs which were all crowd favorites at family dinners and potlucks.
The Easter Bunny Veggie Platter is so cute and I would say it is pretty simple to put together.
The Veggie Easter Chick is even easier than the bunny, but you really need the yellow cauliflower. I'm always able to get it in Albertsons, right down the street. This year they had a really orange cauliflower that was just gorgeous.
This year I made a Veggie Lamb. This would probably be the trickiest one in the group because of the face, but the end result was worth it!
