This Week's Food in Photos


Farm Fresh to You asparagus and broccoli, pineapple fried rice with cashews, sweet potato

If you don't follow me on Instagram, yet, you are seriously missing out on my delicious and healthy food photos. Some of the recipes and pictures end up on the blog, but many are Instagram only. I thought I'd share a few of both that went out there, this week, because everything was So good!


This was my favorite sandwich this week and luckily I wrote up the recipe, HERE so I can make it all the time if I want to.


Of course I made some fun oatmeal this week! This one has pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips, peanut butter, etc. Tons more oatmeal ideas and recipes, here.


The next sandwich is a vegan meatball sub (TJ's meatballs, Costco Organic French Bread, Diaya Cheese)

Kale, Costco frozen pineapple, water, and juice smoothie.


Veggie Lamb stew with Costco Annie Chun's organic Noodles



This one has my favorite chips - Red Hot Blues, some stewed heirloom cherry tomatoes, local Oasis Bakery Marbled Rye, organic Red quinoa and hummus from Costco, extra Paprika!

  2. Yum! Looks like a very healthy and delicious week of food! I love the first meal, the Farm Fresh to You asparagus and broccoli, pineapple fried rice with cashews, sweet potato the best. It looks so amazing! I am so gonna try to make some these items. Wish me luck lol.

  3. I liked the Green smoothie with frozen pineapple from Costco, will have to try it. I also love this idea of "Week's Food in Photos".
