Easy Vegan Chia Seed Pudding

If there is one thing the recipes on my blog tend to be (besides vegan) it is easy. Most of the time - healthy. Sometimes sweet. This EASY Vegan Chia Pudding recipe is all four of those things!

If you like just dumping like 4 ingredients (and 2 are optional) in a jar or tupperware then shaking it with the lid on and leaving it for a few hours, and voilĂ ! Then this is the recipe for you. The kids LOVE this.

Next to banana nice cream, this is my go-to treat right now and they act like they are getting a slice of birthday cake so I'd say it is a big win.

What you need:
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cup almond or other milk
2 TBSP maple syrup (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

What you do:
Put all ingredients in a jar or bowl with a tight fitting lid.

Give it a shake.

Chill for 1 hour and shake again.

Place it in the fridge for 4 hour and up to overnight.

Serve and enjoy!
