The Dead Animal over Marysol's Bed on Real Housewives Miami

I just watched the Real Housewives of Miami and was wondering what that dead animal was over Marysol's bed? I know that the other Housewife, Joanna Krupa, gave her a hard time about wearing fur a few weeks ago, during the lingerie party, where the bitch slap heard around the world occurred between Joanna and Adriana. I can't remember seeing physical contact like that on a RH at all! Although Joanna annoys the living daylights out of me, she is infinitely redeemed for standing up for animals and herself on the show! 

Anyway, let's get back to the fluffy white creature draped on Marysol's headboard as her mom tries to make her coffee wearing a tablecloth on her head. At first, I thought is was a cat over Marysol's bed. Then I realized the creature was not alive, and was gutted, like a "fur" not a taxidermy. Marysol's mother is probably one of my favorite characters on the show, so I will put up with Marysol and her dead animals. I just hope these women are just sitting around with these old dead animals, like they are their pets, or something, and not killing new ones. 

I'm guessing it was some sort of fox on Marysol's bed. It was not a cat (who would do THAT?! oh believe me, people do, in Mexico and China, that I know of). Some type of small white fox, like an Arctic Fox. I started googling foxes used in fur coats and came across a link for horrible fox murder video (to make him into fur!) that was shot, by an undercover animal rights activist. I couldn't look at the video. I don't have to. I don't wear fur. I really just can't believe people still buy this stuff. 

I made this interesting observations a while back about why I thought many people wear fur and what the general consensus feels about fur, "What your fur coat says about you". 

I came to the conclusion that a lot of people who buy fur don't really know where their fur came from and they consider it a status symbol in their environment. I'd like to think that is the case with Marysol, because she is a lovable space case. I hope I don't bring PETA down on her by pointing out her dead bed companion, but I couldn't help but notice it.
