Foxes, bears, deer, and owls are so cute when they are looking at you in a baby room. In fact, woodland creatures are some of my favorite motifs for decorating a nursery. One of my all time favorite lines of baby room decor is Carter's Forest Friends and this week I am featuring this crib set and all the decor and accessories to match.

I actually have the lamp and wall decals paired up with my Woolrich Woodlands decor in my son's room, because it matches pretty nicely and it was just so darn adorable, I couldn't stop myself from mixing and matching. I love the blue and greens that work so well with the neutral nature tones. It looks so precious in my son's room and he loves it!

I think what I really like about this set is that there are so many textiles and accessories to go along with it. It makes it so much easier to decorate a baby nursery if you have a lot of stuff that matches to start off with. Then you can add in some personal touches if needed. You can also purchase the crib set including the bumper. I didn't use a bumper in my crib because they are supposed to be unsafe, but everyone should do their own research to make sure their little one is as safe as can be.

The wall decals make a cute little tree. You can arrange all the animals on and around the tree. I think the tree looks great over a crib (this is how I have mine) or over a dresser or changing table.
If you buy the crib set, it comes with a neutral sheet. You may also want the adorable sheet with all the little animals on it. It is always a good idea to have extra sheets for your crib, anyway, so you always have a clean one ready to go!
If you really want to get matchy matchy, grab a laundry hamper in the same design. I just can't get enough of these cute forest animals around the baby room!
The valances are great for tying the room together and really giving it a finished decorated look. You can add curtains to match in a nice neutral tone, a cream or white sheer or light blue. There are so many possibilities for window treatments with color or print that might look nice with these valances.
A sweet little musical mobile keeps a baby happy in the crib. It worked well for me in the morning. I would wind the mobile and it would entertain my baby while I got showered and dressed.
If you have a couch, bench, chair or glider in the room, you may want to accessorize it with a cute little matching owl pillow.
You can also purchase the diaper stacker separately if you do not get the crib set that includes it. I love that it has the same blue polka dot pattern with the leaves that matches the lampshade. The blue is so pretty on the lamp in my baby's room I decided to paint my walls the same color!
