Easy Baked Fries

Hubby made his french fries, tonight and they were delish! He made them on our Made in the USA bakeware, which gives them their signature "grillmarks" and help these long, thin fries get perfectly crispy.

For this "recipe", and it is in quotes because our recipes are very subjective, I'm not going to give you every quantity and detail. It is simply 3 ingredients plus love. Love is really the most important.

Hubby says that I cannot follow a recipe. I always forget something or miss steps. He says I'm more creative when I am creating my own recipe because I think. LOL. I had to share that tidbit. I actually prefer making things that you don't have to "think" while you are doing. Fries are that. Just set the timers to keep checking on them so they don't burn and you are golden. He made a recipe, tonight, that even I can follow. With timers buzzing to remind me not to let it burn.

What you need:
Potatoes
Olive Oil
seasoned to taste with optional salt, pepper, paprika, whatever you like!

What you do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and slice the potatoes in long, thin strips. Add a small amount of olive oil and toss until lightly coated. Sprinkle and toss with a variety of spices. Anything goes!!!

Cook them for 30-40 min. depending no thickness. Flip them after 20 minutes and watch that they don't burn.

These went great with veggie burgers!
