Happy Cinco de Mayo, everyone! We made an easy, vegan fajita, tonight, with our home made tortillas and some delicious fresh and store-bought ingredients. Hubby sauteed the veggies and then the vegan ground meat. I made my fresh tortillas and sliced some avocado.
I splashed on some green tabasco and consumed!
What you need:
Vegan Protein (I used Yves Veggie Taco Stuffers)
Tortillas (my own recipe)
Bell Peppers
Onions
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Hot sauce
What you do:
Sautee your veggies, and vegan meat separately in a tbsp of olive oil. Slice avocado. Layer on warm tortilla. Drizzle with hot sauce. Sip margarita.
