Amazon Subscribe and Save Explained and How to Get the Max 20% Off Your Order

I am always trying to shave more and more off my grocery bill. It is still coming in at what I or more, my husband, the Head Honcho El Cheapo, considers over budget. Yes, I clip coupons, take advantage of sales, and I'm really trying to grow more than 1 bell pepper and 2 tomatoes this year. Eating all organic is expensive!

Luckily, there is an amazing and wonderful way to save 15-20% on groceries from Amazon. It is called Subscribe and Save...

Amazon has a lot of items I like to stock up on in their Subscribe and Save store. If you "Subscribe" meaning you place a regular order, by choosing how often you want that same item delivered, you can save 5%. You can cancel or change this order at any time, and it gets delivered for FREE.

How it works:
Look for "Subscribe and Save" next to a lower price when you search for an item. Not all items on Amazon.com are eligible for Subscribe and Save, but the one's that are clearly marked.

This box will be on the right of the item page on Amazon. (Here's one of my favorite items for my toddler, Peter Rabbit Organics Pouches from the Subscribe and Save store.)

You can choose a one time purchase, or take advantage of the 5% off and free shipping you will receive for going with Subscribe and Save. Just note that this is the slow shipping. Even if you are an Amazon Prime member. You are agreeing to slow shipping and a lower price.

Choose Subscribe & Save to get the 5% off:

Now this is a nice little savings but did you know you can get 15% off and FREE shipping when you have 5 items delivered in one month? I am already there for this month!

Important Note: 5 or more items gets you 15% off!

Here's how it looks for me, right now:

Subscribe and Save Subscription Benefits:
  • Save up to 15% on your entire order when you receive 5 or more subscriptions on your monthly delivery day
  • Receive FREE shipping on every Subscribe & Save shipment
  • Cancel at any time - there are no commitments, obligations, or fees

Here's how Moms, like me, save a whopping 20% off:

If you are also an Amazon Mom member, you can save 20% off 5 or more items with FREE delivery.

You can get 3 months free membership Amazon Mom membership. After the 3 months, you have to join Amazon Prime to continue getting the Amazon Mom benefits.

Sign up for Amazon Mom 3 month Free Trial.

For someone trying to eat all organic and stick to a budget, this is can be a really good way to save on the items that you don't really see good deals on in the stores.

Get FREE shipping, too.

What are you waiting for... Subscribe and Save!
