Vegan Mushroom Broccoli, Kale, Tofu Bowl

Hubby made this delicious vegan noodle bowl with the Annie Chun's Organic noodles from Costco, Trader Joes Organic Teriaki Tofu, Farmers market kale, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, and onions. He cooked it up in a single pan, using only water and Bragg's Aminos. It was really, really delish!
