Indian Influence Baby Crib Sets and Nursery Ideas

This month, we've been having so much fun discovering all the latest trends and styles for decorating baby rooms. I got really excited when I saw all these, what seemed to be Indian influenced bedding and crib sets by Mudhut sold exclusively at!

With all the cutesy baby room textiles on the market, these sets are quite unique and appealing with soft colors and floral, animal and mandala inspired designs.

Mudhut™ Singita 3pc Baby Bedding Set has a dusty purple as its main color and giraffe, elephant, and bird motifs, juxtaposed with beautiful florals and a circular patterned sheet.

The Mudhut™ Simla Baby Bedding Set is a pattern of beautiful mandala designs in pink, fuchsia, and orange.

This would make such a pretty bed with either a white or light wood crib.

This Mudhut Harmony 3pc Set is probably my favorite and it is actually on Clearance, at, right now! I love all the different patterns, soft colors and quilting on the bedspread. I especially love the little elephants, which gives it such a cute and special little touch.

The pattern around the fitted sheet is a nice contrast to the design on top. It all looks really nice with the crib skirt.

The Mudhut Jezara Baby 3pc Set has a very pretty mandala inspired design but this time with vibrant fuchsia, and orange.

I like the delicate and small design of the fitted sheet with bold and big circular design on the crib skirt.

With a similar mandala-like design, the New Arrivals Ragamuffin Pink 2 Piece Crib Bedding Set mixes the round motif with scrolling pattern designs, giving this less of an Eastern influence and more of an eclectic half traditional, half modern design. I've always been partial to cool grey and pink tones together.

If you are going for that Eastern influenced look, I would go with an ornate crib like the Million Dollar Baby Classic Ashbury from

There is some really cute Indian Elephant Design Wall Art on Amazon, too. You can specify in the comments which color you would like to coordinate with your child's room.

These are just some of the things you can use to create an unique and original Indian inspired baby room that will be a soothing sanctuary for you little one. Happy Decorating!
