Recipe:
Makes 4 Servings
What You Need:
1 large head of cauliflower
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp vegan butter
Boil large pot of water.
Cut up the cauliflower into large florets and drop into boiling water.
Bring back to boil.
Boil Cauliflower for about 10 minutes or so until soft.
Cream cauliflower in food processor.
Add in all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve and Enjoy!
