Review - AirComfy Ultimate Travel Pillow

My husband travels a lot. He is usually good for about 1 trip per month and the flights are long to destinations around the globe, sometimes as much as 18 hours. He says traveling is his least favorite part of his job, but at least we try to make sure he has everything he needs, including a good travel pillow.

This week we got the review the AirComfy Travel Pillow for my husband to use on his flight. This pillow comes in a relatively small pouch, it is only 6.2 ounces, and it is compact especially compared to other travel pillows. The pouch has a caribiner so you have the option of clipping the pillow to the outside of one of your travel bags instead of having to stuff it inside.

The AirComfy pillow is covered in velvety fabric, lined with soft foam, and it self-inflates to a point when you unscrew the cap, taking in air on its own. If you want it thicker and fuller, you have to blow air into the nozzle.

The pillow is in a butterfly shape, designed to keep your head centered, and has an elastic band that can secure the pillow it to the back of your seat. It can also be used as lumbar support.

My husband was very pleased using this pillow behind his lower back. He was really happy to have that option, rather than trying to get comfortable with the airplane pillows they provide stuffed behind his back. He was able to inflate it easily to his desired fullness and he said it really helped him get comfortable in his latest 12 hour flight.

This pillow is a good choice for someone who travels a lot. I love that it has the elastic band to keep it in place and the cushy interior, setting it apart from other hollow blow up travel pillows. I like that it is less bulky that the standard u-shaped pillows and is quite versatile with the options of using it on the neck or lower back, and inflating to your desired thickness.

The AirComfy pillow is also great value and makes a nice gift for someone who likes to, or like my husband, has to travel.

You can purchase an Air-Comfy pillow on Amazon or other fine stores.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. Wow, this sounds fantastic! My hubby travels for business and it would be great for that. I also would love to use it on road trips. Thanks for the info!

  2. Purchased the AirComfy travel pillow for husband after his old inflatable sprung an unrepairable leak on our last flight. The Aircomfy isn't cheap, but after seeing it's versatile feature set first hand I think most people will be quite happy with it.
