LEGO Heart Box for Valentine's Day

* This post contains affiliate links, so I may get a commission if you buy anything using any of my links. This is my day job thank you very much.

Since we are getting closer and closer to Valentine's Day, I thought I'd share the instructions for a little LEGO heart shaped treasure box I designed a while back. LEGO is really blowing up in our house right now with my 3 year old getting REALLY into LEGO Chima.

My husband and I both used to be LEGO Model Builders (yep, Master Builders like in The LEGO Movie) so there has always been a LEGO undertone in our lives no matter what, but all of a sudden there are pieces everywhere, sets are being torn into left and right, and all of us are starting to do our thing with them, either for the first time, or in a revival of sorts.

So if you are into LEGO and want to make a little something special for the LEGO love in your life, this little box made of blocks is the perfect thing to make for Valentine's. Fill it with more LEGO, some serious bling, or whatever you think will make your love smile.

If you need to buy pieces to make this, I suggest heading over to your nearest LEGO Store, LEGOLAND, or LEGOLAND Discovery Center, or finding the parts online either at LEGO.com or Bricklink.com.

LEGO.com Pick-A-Brick is where you buy single pieces online.

LEGO has also made these really cute heart boxes in the past, but that makes them a little hard to get your hands on...

You may find a better price on the sets on eBay...

and of course you can check out LEGO.com Seasonal iconto see what they currently have to offer for the holiday...

Happy Valentine's everyone!!!
