Mommy Blogger Graco® Live Party and the Simple Sway™ Swing

I'm a ready to pop 38 weeks, today, and between the laundry to do, laundry list of "to dos", the highlight of my week was a Graco® Live Party I attended with a great group of local Mommy Bloggers and their little ones. Baby Swings are Magical...

Baby swings have a very special place in my heart. I will never forget that moment when my husband and I put our firstborn in a swing and he (finally) calmed down and fell asleep. It was nothing short of miraculous that I actually got to craft one of my famous vegetable sculptures for my family's annual holiday party as the baby swung and slept quietly for what seemed like the very first time.

We love that the Simple Sway™ Swing can start out very gentle and slow, and you can work your way up to a speed that suits your baby. One of the things that kept us from using our old swing right away was the two speed choices of fast and what we referred to as "thrill-seeker" speed. I know we are theme park aficionados, but we wanted to wait a little longer to put our newborn on a roller coaster ride!

We surely will not have to give up this Graco® swing until we are fully ready!
