Review - +Lifeguard Mini 1 Portable Charger

As a Mommy Blogger, smart phone and social media addict, cell phone picture-taker, and just mom-on-the-go with toddler and phone in tow in general, one of my biggest problems is keeping my phone charged. One thing I have to note is that this charger is meant to plug into a USB port to charge. If you want to get power from a regular outlet, you must have an adapter. How did +Lifeguard Charger work on my device?

As recommended, I charged the charger fully prior to first use.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport - gave an 80% charge when phone was fully dead. Of course, I would love to get 100% but I've tried a couple of these chargers, now, and 80% is actually really great.
