Here's the lowdown on how Rocksbox works:

You will pay the same LOW membership fee regardless of how often you exchange your box.

You can keep pieces for as long as you like.

You can review items by marking the packing slip to return in your jewelry or online on your account page to give feedback on your style. Your stylist will curate your subscription based on this info.

You can add pieces to your Wish List to let your stylist know what you'd like to receive.

Return envelopes are prepaid.

Shipping is free both ways with a paid membership.

If you fall in love with a piece you can purchase and keep it.

Your monthly subscription will start when your first Rocksbox Set ships. You will automatically be charged every month after that date.

Whenever you are ready for a new set of fabulous jewelry, put only the items that you want to return in your Rocksbox. Place your Rocksbox in the enclosed pre-paid envelope and drop it into your mailbox or other USPS drop-off location.

Return all 3 items together or you will be charged for the ones you don't return.



My first box:

I was so excited to receive my first box! I favorited a few pieces before it shipped, right after I signed up and I received some of the items I liked the most.

Of course I LOVE the flowers earrings! I think I'm going to buy them they are so my style!

Everything was really pretty and nice quality pieces with glass cabochons, gems, and crystals. Although there were signs of wear and tear, remember, it is basically rental service. Of course they clean the pieces but they are not precious gems or metals, so there is some fading on some of the metals that is barely noticeable when worn.

All in all, I love the Rocksbox business model. They send me jewelry, I wear it all. I send it back. Repeat.

It is reasonably priced enough that I could see adding it to my monthly subscription spend and it will be barely noticeable in the budget! It ultimately saves me money in the long run because I won't be spending money on pieces of jewelry that I'll only wear once or twice.
