I Love DK LEGO Batman Books Review and Giveaway

Do you have LEGO® Batman fan(s) at home? We certainly do. We are very excited for The LEGO Batman Movie coming out and what better to satisfy our little guy's (and our own!) interest and excitement than the colorful and comprehensive DK LEGO® Batman books series. We just recieved four of the latest DK LEGO® books for review and we are going to be giving a set of all of them away to one lucky winner!

DK Readers L1: THE LEGO® BATMAN MOVIE Team Batman

Our little guy is just learning to read on his own and this book has inspired him to read all about the good guys on Batman's team.

It is a soft-cover standard Level 1 reader with colorful pages, over-sized text, simple sentences, a quiz, and glossary at the end to aid comprehension. The facts page was so funny - Robin likes "Batman, having a family, and capes" lol. They feature a few of the LEGO model vehicles in addition to the characters and introduce the Rogues at the end of the book which segues into the next volume...

DK Readers L2: THE LEGO® BATMAN MOVIE Rise of the Rogues

This is a soft-cover book that's a little longer of a read at 48 colorful pages including a quiz, glossary, and parents guide at the end. The Level 2 has the enlarged text size and words that are suited to a beginning reader.



Our son loved reading about all the villians from The Joker to Harley Quinn and spent time studying their LEGO vehicles and quirks and  all the way up to the good guy vs. bad guy battle at the end.



The LEGO® Batman Movie: The Essential Guide

is a hardcover book that showcases all the characters, facts, vehicles, locations, trivia, and pretty much every LEGO model, minifigure, and accessory that you will find in the line of toys that go along with the movie.

Is this going to be a set??? I hope so. I need one for my collection.

This is not just a book for kids but also collectors like Mom and Dad - the ones that don't think LEGO is a toy (even though we buy them in a toy store!)



Ultimate Sticker Collection: THE LEGO® BATMAN MOVIE 

This book is a great companion to the Essential Guide with more facts and trivia on all characters, vehicles, details, and plot information but it takes it a step further with the interactive aspect of finding the appropriate sticker to match on each little blurb.

The stickers are removable and there is also a page of extras for those that want to decorate the world outside the covers of this book. This is a fun one to work on with a beginning reader or encourage an older kid to read on his own.
