Ravensburger Despicable Me 3 Labyrinth Game Review

For our Easter Gift Guide this year, we have Despicable Me 3 Labyrinth Game from the German company, Ravensburger. This is a high-quality movie theme version of their original and very popular original Labyrinth game, it is rated for ages 7 and up, and makes an excellent family game.

Why we like Ravensburger

Ravensburger has been making games and toys since the late 1800s believes that enjoyment, education, and togetherness are values that shape the design of their toys and games. We love this company because they focus on minimizing their carbon footprint and recycle nearly all of their manufacturing waste.

Ravensburger is also a socially responsible company that does most of their manufacturing at their home base in Germany, in a facility in the Czech Republic, and were one of the first to join the "Fair Play" initiative ensuring fair practices with any outsourcing done in China regarding child labor, work hours, health, safety, and clean environmental practices.

Our Despicable Me 3 Labyrinth Game Review

We were particularly impressed with the Ravensburger Despicable Me 3 Labyrinth game. The game board and all the pieces to punch out are super thick and sturdy and would withstand any amount of gameplay. The board has the base track pieces permanently attached that start the pattern of tracks for the game, and the playing pieces are made of wood. The box is very high quality packaging and made in Czech Republic.

The Labyrinth game is for one to 4 players and the object is to collect the characters by creating a path with your labyrinth pieces on your turn by pushing them onto the game board which changes the position and path for the other players. The first one to make it back to the starting square wins.

Despicable Me 3 Labyrinth Game is played with both strategy and skill as you are not just advancing your playing piece but blocking other players from reaching their goal. It is a fun game with a constantly changing game board and multiple options for a challenging and exciting experience each time.

We highly recommend this game for a special treat in an Easter basket or beautiful presentation for a birthday or other gift.
