Disney Dress Shop for Adults and Vegan Cupcakes at Disney Springs

This week we visited the Disney Springs shopping area at Disney World in Orlando. This is where the LEGO store is located, the new Disney Dress shop for adults, The Dress Shop on Cherry Tree Lane, Erin McKenna's vegan bakery, and they have ice cold beer carts alongside popsicle stands. There is something for everyone here.

First we headed to the Disney Dress shop for adults, The Dress Shop on Cherry Tree Lane located insise the Disney Marketplace Co-op at Disney Springs. I had my heart set on a Tiki Room theme sundress I had seen online. They didn't have the dress I was looking for but I tried on a cute yellow dress with a train going around the hem. It just didn't say Disney enough for me so I didn't need to spend money.

The Wonderground Gallery

We did manage to get some small prints from the Wonderground Gallery also in the Marketplace. I'm not sure where I want to hang them yet... maybe in my daughter's room when we redecorate.

The LEGO Store score

Then we got something very special at the LEGO store. We asked if there was any exclusive sets and this very talented employee built a light saber for our son. He was pretty stoked! My mom used to work in the Pick-a-brick at LEGOLAND and she used to build special things for customers. It's not a service they offer, but it is really cool when you buy something handmade like that.

Last but not least, we made a stop at Erin McKenna's vegan bakery and ordered more cupcakes than we had people to eat them. Holy sugar rush! But it's not every day we have a full selection of vegan baked goods that I didn't make myself. This was the perfect end to a special day.
