Ravensburger Despicable Me Eye Found It Game Review

Once again we are working with Ravensburger to share some of their new games. They sent us their Despicable Me Eye Found It Game and my husband, my 5 year old and I while the little one was taking a nap the other day and we're giving away a prize pack which includes this and 3 other Ravensburger games.

Why we like Ravensburger

The Ravensburger company is focused on minimizing their carbon footprint and recycle nearly all of their manufacturing waste. Most of their manufacturing is still done at their home base in Germany since the 1800s. You can tell these games have come from a tradition of quality.

Basic summary of the game:

Minion (or Waldo) fans ages 4 and up with 3 - 6 players work together to get to the finish before time is up. You earn bonuses together by finding and circling objects on the board.

What we Thought of Desipicable Me Eye Found It

We really enjoyed playing Ravensburger Despicable Me Eye Found It. We liked the unique concept of all the players working together and to win the game. Everyone must reach the finish line before the timer runs out.

You are taking turns, advancing on the game board, and if someone spins a search, everyone works together to search for the item on a card to score collective points to move ahead together. It is part Where's Waldo and part Chutes and Ladders with teamwork and a timer.

It is a super fun way to spend 20 minutes with a a little kid and I think my 6 year old could manage it with his friends, especially since there is no single winner or loser. We had fun as grown ups as well.

The only thing I would note about this game is that you need enough space to spread out the game board because it is rather large.
