Books make excellent Valentines for little ones. This is a really cute one from Joyce Wan - Hug You, Kiss You, Love You. We also love her You Are My Cupcake book. They are very simple and sweet, but also textured and tactile for the little onew.
I love board books because my son could read them on his own without ruining them when he was very little. Now that he is a toddler, he can almost read them all on his own, from memory!
I have quite a few lovey dovey board books that are perfect for Valentine's Day.
