I was feeling a sandwich, yesterday. Tomatoes and Avocados were really nice and ripe from Farm Fresh to You (see sidebar for coupon). I had a little Tofurkey left in the fridge, and some Eden Organic Saurkraut, and some Dave's Killer Bread from Costco in the freezer. With a little Vegenaise and some yellow mustard, it all came together beautifully and full of flavor!

What's in my sandwich:
Dave's Killer Bread - from Costco
Tofurkey - 3 slices
Avocado - Farm Fresh to You
Tomato - Farm Fresh to You
Saurkraut - Eden Organics
Vegenaise
Mustard - Simple Truth Organic from Vons or Ralphs
Assemble the sandwich with Vegenaise and mustard on one side, and avocado, tomato on the other and Tofurkey in the middle.
The flavors all intermingle perfectly.
