LEGOLAND Florida Vegan Food Guide

We just took our annual trip to Florida so my husband could work, we could see family, and we could go to all the attractions, especially LEGOLAND Florida. The last time we went to LEGOLAND Florida, I was eating dairy as part of my vegetarian diet. This year, I cut it almost completely out of my diet, so it was time to figure out where I could still eat.

There are multiple locations around the park where you can buy slushies, snacks including fruit and chips, and I didn't visit all of them but one place we were quite happy to sit down and fill up on fresh and healthy vegan food was the Fun Town Pizza and Pasta Buffet.

I know what you are thinking, 'is the sneeze-proof glass really sneeze-proof?' but this buffet was not frightening at all. Of course we ALWAYS use hand sanitizer before and after eating at a buffet, and we think everyone should. I like Honest Co. and I go through security on planes with their little squirt bottle with no problem, so I had it with me, here.

LEGOLAND's Pizza Pasta Buffet is beautiful, clean, and fresh food. In fact, while I was eating, one of their very friendly and helpful employees was cleaning and refilling the salad bar. There was a variety of fresh greens and spinach, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, pineapple, and more. There was Italian dressing which was perfect for me.

Over in the pizza section, I found seasoned bread sticks without sauce, and pasta and marinara without any meat.

The bread sticks were delish and so was the sauce. The pasta was good as well and you can return for as much as you like.

Of course the little guy had to have some pizza!

The very best thing about the Fun Town Pizza and Pasta Buffet is that it is indoors, air-conditioned, and has a family bathroom inside. I went there alone with my 3 year old and 2 month old in 90 degree heat. This was heaven.

If you want to leave the park and eat in town in Winter Haven, here are some of my favorite options:

Ruby Tuesdays has a salad bar with a fresh selection of plant based foods.
Crispers has vegan soups, salads, and sandwiches you can customize.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe - located downtown, with yummy smoothies and veggie, bean, and/or hummus wraps.
