3 Vegan Halloween Party Snacks

We LOVE cute food! I had some fun on Halloween last year, making THREE different cute, healthy snacks for my kids. I used whole wheat crackers and some homemade fresh basil hummus, olives, and carrots. These were really fun to make and the kids gobbled them up for an afterschool snack. Check out our latest #mycutefood!

If I were making them ahead of time, I would probably place the hummus and veggies on a small slice of toasted french bread because after a while the crackers can get soggy.

Cute VEGAN Party Food for Halloween

1. Olive spiders

I cut and olive in half for the body and the other half into 8 creepy legs.  I put a dollop of hummus on a cracker and pressed the spider parts into the hummus with a little basil leaf garnish.

2. Carrot Pumpkins

Cut two notches lengthwise on either side of the pumpkin "stem" then thinly slice the carrot into pumpkin slices. Attach to cracker or toasted bread with a little hummus and garnish with a basil leaf.

3. Spider Pumpking Combo

Place both an olive spider and a carrot pumpkin on a dollup of hummus topping a cracker or toast (toast will last a little longer without getting soggy)

Kids dig these!
